Youth Marijuana Use Rising While Adolescent Alcohol Consuming Is Dropping

A new national report indicates that adolescent Pot usage is rising and adolescent alcohol drinking is going down.

In the yearly survey, researchers surveyed 8th, 10th, and 12th graders spread across the country, and discovered that marijuana, ecstasy and heroine use is on the rise.

They report implied that youngster who smoke Marijuana on a daily basis has tripled in the last decade, but their sensed risk on the drug has dropped.

The survey also discovered that more teens smoke Marijuana than cigarettes.

A high school student tells that cigarettes are more difficult to obtain than marijuana, which is sad.

The rise in Marijuana use maybe contributed to the legalization of medical Pot in some states.

The report also realized that prescription drug abuse is rising.

The greatest way to counteract this problem is through proper education on the matter.
